CROMAX HAS LAUNCHED ITS CROMA-
App mobile app for both iOS and Android devices. Bodyshops in Australia and New Zealand can access the user-friendly de- sign for useful information such as data sheets, colour retrieval, recent news and a distributor locator, in a quick and effec- tive way, straight from their device.
Two handy features are the barcode scanner and humidity indicator in the weather section. The barcode scanner allows easy access to technical data sheets. The app is used in conjunction with the device’s camera, allowing the user to scan the product barcode on the side of the can to retrieve application data such as mixing ratios, spray gun settings and number of coats required.
The humidity indicator feature pro- vides a useful addition to the app, giving users the ability to check local humidity and adapt paint application to the spe- cific humidity conditions.
