Kirirom Institute of Technology is a premier
private college in Cambodia offering full
scholarship I chose to study at KIT because
it is an international institution that accepts
students from different countries to study there
KIT focuses mainly on the latest cutting edge
technology and aims to respond to the needs of
society for the Industrial Revolution 4 0 I believe
KIT will prepare me and provide opportunities
for me to get a stable job English is the medium
of instruction and communication This is a big
factor in helping me improve on my English
communication skills As a Tourism Management
student, I plan creating an online service company
that will focus and serve the tourism industry In
my opinion, KIT will help me achieve my goal

Year 1, Tourism Management

I chose KIT because I was attracted to its unique curriculum
I wanted to really focus on my studies and I think KIT is the
place for intense and focused education Another attractive
feature is KIT’s internship system, which is not implemented
in Japanese universities. I believed that if I finished my
studies here, I could get more experience in the actual work
environment and have a business oriented mind As a travel
lover, I thought I am familiar with hotels However, I learned
and am learning many new things like hotel operations
and how the industry is constantly changing due to the
improvement of technology It’s really fun because now
when I go on vacation and stay at different hotels, I can
apply what I have learned with my actual experience
I plan to own a boutique hotel someday I want to create a
concept that is new to everyone and want to see customers
happy and surprised. It might be a long and a difficult
journey, but I am sure that what I have learned in KIT will
come to use
