Boston Collegiate Charter School
Boston, MA
Construction of two additions to the existing charter school; a
three-story classroom addition over a renovated parking garage
and a 2,750 SF multi-purpose assembly space. Additional scope
of work included mechanical and architectural renovations to the
existing school along with new windows and site improvements.
Pine Grove School
Rowley, MA
The comprehensive renovation of the existing 84,400 SF
elementary school. The scope of work inclusive of new MEP/
FP services, complete removal and replacement of site
utilities, and site improvements to include new parking lots
and full sanitary system. Project was completed in five phases.
