KIPP Lynn High Rock and Wheeler Charter Schools
Lynn, MA
Project consisted of two phases. Phase 1 included a 12,000 SF
addition to the existing KIPP Lynn High Rock School. Phase
2 included a 60,000 SF renovation of an existing building
(at a different location) to create a new high school facility.
King Open/Cambridge Street Upper School
Cambridge, MA
Construction of a new 270,000 SF school and community
complex. The project included abatement/demolition of the
existing school structure. The new building included over 190
geothermal wells, a photovoltaic panel system covering the entire
roof, a highly technologically advanced interior as well as multiple
energy-efficient, exterior wall systems. The project is targeting
LEED Platinum and was designed around Net Zero goals.
