2.3 TRIP SHEDs:

• Integration of AC traction and Diesel Traction Trip sheds at SNF
station has been done for effective utilization of diesel traction shed
staff in AC traction.

• AC locos Trip inspection schedule is being carried out at DSL/SNF
shed.

3. SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS

3.1 PROMOTIONS:

• 274 Nos LP and Sr.ALP’s were promoted as Adhoc Loco Pilot
(Goods) and posted at various depots.

3.2 TRAININGS:

• 160 No’s of Sr.Alp’s are undergoing Loco Pilot (Goods) training at
ETTC /BZA & ZRTI

3.3 WELFARE OF STAFF

• First dose of Covid-19 vaccine was given for 3022(98.5%) and second
dose of covid vaccine was given for 2351(76.4%) of running staff
without hampering of train services.

• Web based Crew Grievance System and e-leaves systems are in
function over Secunderabad Division. Due to which the sanctioning

of leave for crew was immediately sent to the Staff through SMS and
timely redressal of crew grievances by concerned Department.

• Sr.DEE, ADEE are regularly having personal
interactions with crew to find out their
personal/official problems.

• Sanitization of locomotives in all lobbies and
Running Rooms was done during lockdown
period to avoid spreading of covid-19.
