LAC SESSION ACTIVITIES Empowering teachers in the classroom

is crucial for improving educational
outcomes, boosting morale, and enhancing
student learning experiences.
The teaching staff of Ilocos Norte
Regional School of Fisheries are privileged

to be on the waves of gigantic support from
the administration through relevant
trainings,/seminars/workshops and school-

based learning action cells .

The SGC Council lives to its commitment of
providing the needs of learners not only in the
academe but also in the extra-curricular
IMPLEMENTATION activities.

The trainings attended addressed
and resolved areas of need identified
by the teachers or school leaders to
continuously improve teaching

competencies. Focus group
discussions/learning action cells are
regularly conducted among teachers
and are spearheaded by mentors to Sports Updates
address instructional concerns and to

improving the skills, knowledge, and

The School Governance Council

remained committed in its support to
the school in empowering learners and
enabling learners. In their participation
to various activities, the SGC provided
financial and moral support. Thus,
learners were able to achieve laurels in
the field of sports, skills competition,
academics and journalism.
