INRSF COMPENDIUM

Where there is unity, there ‘s victory.
Bayanihan which is a spirit of communal unity and cooperation in achieving spefic goal without
expecting anything in return, is one of the much-cherished Filipino spirit of solidarity and
cooperation. This is where the idea of the Brigada Eskwela is rooted.
Ilocos Norte Regional School of Fisheries is very blessed to have generous stakeholders who
helped the school in so many ways. This is very remarkable because of the flood of volunteers who
rendered assistance not only material things but also voluntary help. Many private institutions
volunteers helped prune trees and fix damages of windows, doors and even ceiling. Their
accomplishments were very evident and that the school is very thankful.
Aside from the private institution, volunteers from the community completed the picture. The
barangay officials of the five barangays, 4Ps recipients, La Paz Tricycle Drivers’ Association, Metro
La Paz Professional Association, La Paz Riders Club extended financial assistance through
donations and not to mention their help for the two-week long clean-up drive.

It is true that the time and the efforts they have rendered can never be equated with any
amount, and with this, our school is overwhelmed with the support from the stakeholders. It is true
that we did not get the top rank, but we got the hands and the hearts not only the La Paz
community, but also the generous stakeholders. And this is the real victory because “When there is
     unity, there is victory!.
In return, our commitment to provide quality education and safe learning space shall be our
     way to thank them all.
                Kudos!
