Base Project Scope
Project Kick Off (2-3 Weeks)
Corgan will meet with Bell representatives with the goal of obtaining a better understand the following:
■ Programming download: review of departments, organizational structure, and headcount projections
■ Current workplace standards download: review of strategy, standards, and campus Initiatives
■ Visioning session planning: identify visioning session focus and participants
Information Needed from Bell:
■ Organization charts
■ Headcount projections
■ Building CAD files
■ Current facilities project list
■ Building assessments (if available)
■ Current parking count
Discovery (6 Weeks)
VISIONING SESSIONS
Corgan will facilitate visioning sessions with your project team. The sessions will be designed to take
participants through a series of activities that explore factors influencing the current and future workplace.
Visioning benefits both the client and the design team by building consensus among decision makers around
the qualitative aspects of the design and the workplace providing a deeper understanding to Corgan of ways
in which we can deliver a workplace that supports your long-term goals. Corgan has included up to four,
90-minute visioning sessions to be held over two days.
PROGRAMMING SURVEY
During the programming effort, Corgan will distribute an online programming survey to all departments
(including commercial) to validate current headcount, approved growth, support spaces, and adjacencies.
Corgan will conduct follow up meetings for up to four departmental groups if needed to clarify programming
survey data. The initial proposal does not include departmental interviews with all departments.
