Supplemental Services




            SUPPLEMENTAL VISIONING SESSIONS
            Corgan can facilitate additional or follow up visioning sessions as deemed necessary for the unit cost provided
            below.  Corgan assumes these supplemental sessions would be determined prior to issuing the visioning and
            programming deliverable.



            SUPPLEMENTAL PROGRAMMING MEETINGS
            Should Bell choose to take a deeper dive into programming needs, Corgan will meet with each departmental
            group to gather space needs and adjacency priorities, including unique support spaces and storage
            requirements.  To complete the project program, we assume up to 25 departmental interviews, at approximately
            one hour per interview.



            WORKPLACE STANDARDS PLAYBOOK
            If desired, Corgan can develop a workplace standards playbook that outlines the guidelines developed in
            the concept phase. This document would serve as a guide for all future projects and outline specifics for
            implementing standards developed during the conceptual planning phase.



            WORKFORCE ASSESSMENT SURVEY
            In navigating the future of work, Corgan understands the complexities between how and where work is
            accomplished have evolved. Our workforce assessment survey seeks to provide organizations with the
            information they need to determine their future work environment, based on their unique needs. The modern
            workforce falls within three broad categories: resident (working mostly in the office), fluid (working  from various
            locations), and remote (working mostly away from the office). Within those categories, each organization and
            department have unique requirements and desires specific to their culture, level of flexibility, job tasks, and
            measures of productivity. In order to determine space requirements and the idea workspace design, the Bell
            workforce must first be understood.

            In collaboration with Bell, Corgan will utilize the data provided, our proprietary data gathering tools and
            workplace strategy expertise to understand percentages of resident, fluid, and remote work styles.



            TEST FITS
            Test fits are conceptual space plans used to understand how your space needs fit into the building.  Based on
            the approved workplace strategy, Corgan can provide test fits of your existing buildings to visualize how the
            proposed workplace strategy would fit into different locations on campus.  Test fits can be provided on a square
            foot basis as identified below.



            FUTURE WORK VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE
            Utilizing Corgan’s virtual reality tools, we will design and build Bell’s future work environment to help the team
            visualize how the space would look and function. The experience would depict the spatial layout, finishes, and
            furnishings developed during the conceptual planning phase.
