Criminal law, also known as criminal law, is the branch of law that deals with criminal
acts and violations of laws enacted by the state. The main objective of Criminal Law is to
provide sanctions and punishment to the perpetrators of crimes to prevent further crimes and
maintain social order. In Criminal Law, violations are considered violations against the state
and the interests of society in general.

On the other hand, criminal law pertains to offenses committed against society as a
whole. It involves acts that are considered harmful and disruptive to the community and are
therefore prosecuted by the government. Criminal cases are initiated by the state or federal
government, and the burden of proof is much higher than in civil cases. In criminal law, the
defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. If found
                    y
guilt , the defendant faces penalties such as fines, probation, imprisonment, or even capital
punishment, depending on the severity of the offense.
While both civil and criminal law aim to resolve legal disputes, they differ in their
objectives, burdens of proof, and consequences. Civil law focuses on compensating the
injured party and restoring them to their previous state, whereas criminal law seeks to punish
individuals who have violated the law and protect society from potential harm.
Understanding these differences is crucial for students and legal professionals alike, as it
allows them to navigate the legal system effectively and determine the appropriate course of
action for different types of cases.

                           Facebook and Instagram Similarities
Recently, there have been numerous social media
arguments about Facebook and Instagram. Some people
stated that Instagram had supplanted Facebook as the social
network of choice. Other people express the exact opposite.
Therefore, picking the appropriate social networking site
can take time and effort. Much more so when everyone has
a different viewpoint on this issue.

I elaborate on the similarities between Facebook and Instagram to enable you to glean
the most crucial information about these platforms.

               1 Content Format
                 .
Both sites enable sharing of images and videos. Additionally, both networks allow you
to like, comment, and share posts and Stories. Additionally, there is the option of adding a
place to both platforms. Not least, among other options, you can tag other persons in your
               posts.

               2 An online interaction
                 .
Sending friend invites and follow requests is another similarity. Or, if the circumstance
calls for it, you may even block someone. Anybody can get requests to return, friend, or
follow from close relatives and friends to famous people. Once they are joined to your
network, you can interact with them and see their posts.
