             Kathleen Ahern

             Kathleen Ahern is the Executive Director of









           Marketing and Consumerism at Jupiter
           Medical Center. In this role, she is responsible

           for the development, execution, and evaluation
           of strategic and comprehensive marketing
           plans that drive patient volume and increase
           revenue in key clinical service lines. She also
           oversees the Medical Center’s public relations
           and community outreach strategies and activi-
           ties to build awareness as well as consumer
           preference for Jupiter Medical Center. She is
           passionate about rethinking marketing and
           redesigning the delivery of health care in the age of consumerism, and working
           to tackle the new opportunities and challenges this presents for hospitals.
             Ahern started with Jupiter Medical Center in September 2014. She has 17
           years of experience working in health care marketing and communications.
           Before joining Jupiter Medical Center, Ahern served as marketing director at
           Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach and as corporate marketing man-
           ager at VITAS Healthcare, the nation’s largest provider of hospice services.

             Jennifer Crabtree is the Manager of Digital
           Marketing and Consumerism at Jupiter
           Medical Center. In this role, she is responsible
           for leading the organization’s digital marketing
           roadmap, including strategy, development,
           execution and analysis of campaigns. She man-
           ages ROI tracking for all marketing initiatives,
           maintaining scorecard metrics and dashboards
           to monitor performance. Her passion lies in
           garnering consumer insights to stimulate mar-
           keting opportunities and drive innovation.
             Crabtree started with Jupiter Medical Center
           in 2015. She has six years of experience working in digital marketing, specifi-
           cally in health care and consumer packaged good verticals. Before taking on
           this role, Crabtree worked as a digital marketing coordinator for Jupiter
           Medical Center. Previously, Crabtree served in various digital marketing roles
           at Catalina Marketing where she was responsible for managing and executing
           campaigns on behalf of national brands. Crabtree received her M.B.A in
           Marketing Strategy from University of South Florida.
