Friendship means a lot to majority of people. Any good friendship always has long - lasting
and valuable control on everyone’s success in life. In contrast, having bad company may ruin
one’s happiness and life. As your children spend majority of time with their friends, it
becomes important to recognize and distinguish between the good and the bad company. You
should avoid the bad boys. They will spoil you. Bad company is not hard to spot. So, for your
own wellbeing, it is better to avoid such friends.

It is bad to cause physical harm to someone. But worse is to harm a person
spiritually.
The worst physical harm may result in the death of the body; but the harm caused
to the soul will result in the death of the soul, which is far worse than the former.
We all know that the soul is more important than the body. The body has to die at
some time or other, but the soul will appear before God to give an account of its
deeds on earth. Therefore, harming the soul by sin is something we must all avoid.
We can cause spiritual harm to others by our bad example, as the following story
shows.
Sunil was the most intelligent boy in the class. He was a good athlete too and
never missed a single game. Everybody liked him.
Rajesh was Sunil’s classmate. He was dull. He never took part in games. If the
games-master was not watching, he would slink away to some corner and look
at bad pictures and read bad books. He had no friends and everybody avoided
his company. He always used bad language.
