            Keeping Fit : Exercise

                It is good to exercise daily. Exercise makes our body strong and fit. It
            helps our body parts to move easily. Yoga, skipping, running and  jogging

            are some ways to keep us fit and healthy.

                                                       Walking is a good exercise. We should go for

            Rest
                To stay healthy, we need proper rest. A good sleep refreshes us.

                We must sleep at least eight hours daily.

                We  should  never  cover  our  face  while  sleeping.  We  should  go  to

            sleep early and wake up early.
            Eat Healthy Food

                To stay fit and healthy, we must eat healthy food. We should have

            cereals, pulses, milk, green vegetables and fruits in our daily meals. We
            must drink plenty of water everyday.
