The donkey and dog were owned by Ramdas, a washerman. One night, a thief sneaked
in, but the dog, feeling neglected, didn't bark. The donkey, concerned, brayed loudly to
wake Ramdas, who chased the thief away. Ramdas beat up the donkey for disturbing
their sleep, and the donkey had to pay for this by losing its own life.
In a peaceful village, there was
a washerman named Ramdas,
along with his loyal donkey and
watchful dog. The donkey carried
heavy loads, and the dog
guarded their home every
night.
One fateful night, a
thief sneaked into their
house, when Ramdas and
his wife were sleeping
comfortably. But the dog,
feeling neglected and hungry,
didn't alert his master. The
donkey, on the other hand, saw the thief and urgently told the dog to bark and
wake their master to save his money.
The dog, still upset with Ramdas for not caring for him, refused to help until
his master faced a loss. This angered the donkey, and he decided to take matters
into his own hooves . He brayed loudly to wake up Ramdas.
