The young monkey bravely tried to save his mother from a cruel hunter but sadly lost
their lives. Later, the hunter's own family suffered a tragedy. This story teaches us
about the importance of kindness and the consequences of bad deeds.
Once upon a time, in a forest near a village,
a young monkey lived happily on a banyan
tree with his old, blind mother. They were
kind and good monkeys. But one day, a
cruel hunter entered the forest. He was
known for his mean ways, and the
animals in the forest feared him.
The hunter reached the banyan
tree where the old mother monkey
was. He wanted to harm her. The baby
monkey, seeing the hunter's evil plan,
bravely stepped in. He begged the
hunter not to hurt his helpless mother.
"Please, spare her life and take mine
instead," he pleaded.
The hunter, however, had a heart as cold as ice.
He ignored the young monkey's plea and killed both the mother and the baby.
But on his way home, something terrible happened. Lightning struck the
hunter's house, and his entire family perished . It was like a punishment from God
for the terrible deed he had committed by killing the innocent monkeys.
