This story shows that it's essential to be kind and helpful to others, no matter how big
or small they are. Friends can come in all shapes and sizes, and true friendship is
about caring for one another.
In a jungle, there was a small rat who
met a proud camel from the deserts of
Rajasthan. The rat was curious and
wanted to be friends, but the camel, with
its head held high, refused . Despite this,
when the camel found itself in trouble
with a tree branch, the rat rushed to help,
setting the camel free without expecting
gratitude. One day, a king and his soldiers
passed through the jungle and decided to
capture the camel. The rat, determined to
save his friend, pleaded with the king not to
take the camel away. But the king paid no heed .
During the night, the clever rat rallied all the rats in the jungle. Together,
they gnawed through the saddle girths of the horses and elephants tied outside
the king's tent. As the animals fled , chaos erupted, and the soldiers were
defeated. The king met a tragic end.
In the end, the camel realised his arrogance and apologised to the rat. This
story teaches us that true friendship and courage come in all sizes, and it's the
size of one's heart that truly matters.
