Create a subscription TV channel called Sub-SubTitles.
The programmes broadcast would be reruns of old
television favourites or syndicated news programmes.
The channel would write its own subtitles to improve,
subvert or otherwise change the viewing experience.
For example, the news could be sub-subtitled with a

431series of factual statements that might contradict or
endorse the reporting. Soap operas could be enlivened
with a lighter ‘subtext’ to the dialogue. Satire could be
added to topical debates and humour added to
otherwise bland programming.
