trying as many things as they possibly could to make it
easy for people to bowl, to make it fun and to give people
a reason to come back. From a marketing point of view
they were doing everything right.
The moral to this story is that you have to try to do
lots of things to make your business work. If they all work
you will end up with a thriving business. It probably won’t
happen overnight but it will happen. If you know of a
business that seems to be booming, pay them a visit. Stop
and have a good look around and see if they are doing all
of the right things.
