capacities. He also worked at the Petroleum

ISHMAEL Commission, Ghana (The Regulator of
Ghana’s Upstream Petroleum Sector)

AMEGAH supporting the development relevant
policies and regulations for the sector.

Ishmael is an ardent promoter of “Local
Content’ and has been instrumental in

promotion of indigenous Ghanaian

Businesses participation in the oil and gas
ecosystem.

He has also consulted extensively for
International Companies operating in the

energy and oil & gas sector in Ghana,

Sierra Leone and Liberia.
Ishmael is also a Director at Southey
