Lucy is an ICF Certified Coach as well as
an agile management level professional

with over 15 years’ experience in human
resource management, strategy planning

and execution, corporate performance and

project evaluation.

An ICF certified coach and HR licensed

practitioner, she has an interest in
LUCY supporting people performance. Be it in

their profession, business, leadership or
MUTHAURA personal life. She stands for her clients

achieving their goals while keeping in

Kenya balance what’s important for them.
She holds an MBA (Strategy Management)
and an executive certificate in sustainable

business leadership jointly offered by

Sciences Po, University of Cape Town, ISM
Senegal and CEFEB - France. This Lead

Campus programme challenges participants

across Africa to learn in both English and
French languages. She is also an alumnus

of Kenyatta University and Kenya Methodist
University. Her agility and strengths have

enabled her to take on different roles in her

profession.

She is a strategic thinker, innovative and
