Administration. He is a Certified

Organizational Effectiveness Coach

(COEC), Personal Development Analysis
(PDA), Competency Based Interviewer and

Job Evaluation specialist. He is a member

of International Coach Federation (ICF) and
of the Institute of Human Resource

Management (IHRM), Kenya.

He is currently pursuing PhD studies in

Business Management (Strategy and

Organizational Behavior) at Strathmore
Business School.
