             Learn The One Who Never Leaves You




             That person is YOU! If you don't know how to love yourself, how would you
             love someone?


             Put yourself at the top of your to-do list every single day, and the rest will fall
             into place. You can try out some things to feel and see how you can love
             yourself. It can include ideas like trying out something you love to do every
             day. Let go of the boring activities or routine for some time each day and do
             what you love. You can also get up early and experience the sunrise or dance
             around the house in your favorite song. More great ideas of feeling self-love
             to the fullest can include solo trips, gratitude journals, self-cooking, adopting
             a new hobby, or reaching out to an old (but gold) friend. Through all these
             different methods, you can help yourself feel special and how important you
             are for yourself.





                                        Take a Break, Before You Break



                                        Whenever life gets tough, it’s hard for you to keep up with people and things,
                                        STOP and RELAX! It’s okay to give up and not want to keep going on with the
                                        usual daily routine.  Now, if you keep pushing yourself to keep going at times
                                        like these, you can lose self-worth and break your self-esteem. But how can you
                                        love yourself without self-worth and self-esteem?

                                        Besides, when you aren’t okay, how will you make other things work out? What
                                        you can do is stop and take a break. Ask the people around you that you need a
                                        break and rest. Spend some time with yourself, do what you love (like readings
                                        books, painting, etc.), and be grateful for what you have.
