Even if you are a mother, you are still allowed
                                    to be tired and take a break. Only by taking a break,
                                     you can revive your energy and come back to your
                          responsibilities with the same passion and energy. So it's better to spend
                           some ME time by seeking help from your husband or family members to
                           handle your tasks for some time. It doesn't have to be a long break.  As
                             long as you are spending some quality time with yourself, even for
                              half an hour (while enjoying a delicious drink/meal), it is enough.
                                            Besides, going easy on yourself is a
                                              great way to practice self-love.
