(Eg. 1) You have been scolded by your boss, but you did learn something from the process. 2)
You got late at work, but you did make your mother happy by accompanying her at breakfast.
3) You didn’t win a competition, but you made new and reliable friends at the same time.)

3. Look for some positive affirmations and list them down. Now start
practicing at least 2 self-positive affirmations every day.
(Eg. 1) I am beautiful. 2) I am kind. 3) I am strong.)
4. List down 2 things you have done for yourself to show that you have
loved and cared for yourself today.
(Eg. 1) Remind yourself to drink more water when you didn't use to do so previously. 2) Wore
your favourite dress on a casual Monday and thought how beautiful you look today. 3) Start a
regular walk to stay healthy and fit, while you weren’t a very active person previously.)

contribution and help to others.
(Eg. 1) Made a handmade card for your best friend or parents on their birthdays or Mother’s
Day / Father’s Day. 2) Cooked a special meal for someone special. 3) Looked after your loved
ones when they were sick/mentally disturbed.)
