METHODS OF IMPLEMENTATION FOR THE
                                             SoHK PROGRAMME





                               SELECTION OF PADAWAN
                      01         A call  for Padawan will  be  released to UUM  students. A










                                 two-stage selection process will  be  jointly organised by
                                 CUIC  and  the  Industry  Faculty.  The  Industry  Faculty
                                 will decide the Padawan entry requirements.
                               CONTENT OF SoHK PROGRAMME




                      02         The Industry Faculty will  develop the  content based  on

                                 industry-specific  needs.  CUIC  will  assist  in  ensuring  the
                                 governance & assessment requirements are met.

                               SoHK TERM IN SESSION




                      03         Padawans will  undergo at least  6  virtual  trainings/
                                 engagements with their respective Industry Faculty within 1

                                 year, including  one  physical engagement subject to the




                                 pandemic  situation. Schedule  for  trainings/engagements
                                 will be mutually agreed by CUIC & the Industry Faculty.
                               COMPLETION OF SoHK TERM
                      04         Padawans    go  through    trainings
                                 engagement sessions & evaluations set by the Industry
                                 Faculty.




                               CERTIFICATION OF PADAWAN
                      05         Successful  completion  of  SoHK  Term  will  result  in  the
                                 Certification of Padawan by the Industry Faculty.
