Initiatives for Young Employable Student
Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp) is an agency under the Ministry of Human
Resources (MOHR) that drives Malaysia’s talent strategy towards becoming a dynamic talent
hub.
As part of TalentCorp’s capacity building efforts to enhance students’ essential employability
skills and increase Graduate Employability (GE), the TalentCorp Padawan will enter their journey
under the Young Employable Students or YES! Initiative.
The initiative, undertaken in collaboration with strategic and passionate collaborators is
designed to increase students’ GE by providing solution-focused intervention to enhance
student awareness, inculcate wisdom, thinking and action towards empowering them to chart
their career roadmap.
The implementation of YES! SoHK1.0 Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) will inspire to cultivate
and harness the development of the selected 30 final year students of UUM.
