Make your vacation last a lifetime in spectacular Heber Springs, home of Greers Ferry Lake, one of the top ten

cleanest lakes in North America, and the Little Red River, home of the third largest brown trout caught on
record. Our outdoor experiences are year round with a mild climate and four gorgeous seasons. Th e City of
Heber Springs, with a population of 7,165, is the county seat of Cleburne County, and provides an impressive
quality of life for its citizens with numerous amenities. Not only is Heber Springs a great vacation spot, but is a

hidden gem for those of us fortunate enough to call it home. We are beautifully located in the Ozark Mountain
foothills of north-central Arkansas which serves as a scenic backdrop for fi shing, boating, golfi ng, hiking,
kayaking, canoeing and shopping in our historic downtown. Th e lake or river may be enjoyed in under 15
minutes from anywhere in Cleburne County. Heber Springs hosts more than 15 festivals and special events

throughout the year including the nationally recognized World Championship Cardboard Boat Races, event of
the year in 2015 and 2016 according to the Arkansas Festival and Events Association. Heber Springs residents
enjoy the benefi ts of small town life such as a low crime rate, close proximaty to Conway and Little Rock,
exceptional public schools, a full service recently constructed Baptist Health Medical Center as well as ASU
