                                                  CLEBURNE COUNTY—Heber Springs is centrally located in the
                                                  youngest of the 75 counties in the state of Arkansas.  Established in 1883,
                                                  24,965 people call it home.  Th  e Cleburne County Courthouse, located on

                                                  the square in the heart of Downtown Heber Springs, is on the National
                                                  Register of Historic Places, and continues to serve as the center for
                                                  governmental offi  ce in the community.  Th  e recently renovated Mary I.
                                                  Wold Cleburne County Library, located on West Main Street, off ers a wide

                                                  array of modern services with a focus on children’s programs, an extensive
                                                  e-library, as well as complimentary access to computers and other
                                                  technology.  Th  e Cleburne County Historical Society, Research Library
                                                  and Museum is located in the historic Post Offi  ce Building on East Main

                                                  Street.  Home to Greers Ferry Lake and Th  e Little Red River, Cleburne
                                                  County is a hidden gem with world class fi shing and water activities.
