DECLINING

Here's an example of how to accept or reject an

official invitation.

Acceptance

Mr. and Mrs. Eri Utomo accepted with pleasure

the kind invitation of Mr. and Mrs. Pujiyanto

to the wedding ceremony of their daughter on

Friday, the twelfth of December at seven

o'clock.

Mr. and Mrs. Wibowo accepted the invitation

with pleasure.

Declining/Regretting

Mr. and Mrs. Situmorang regretted that they

were unable to accept the kind invitation of

Mr. and Mrs. Pujiyanto for Friday, the twelfth

of December at seven o' clock due to prior

engagement.

Mr. Mrs. Wibowo regretted declining the

invitation due to health reasons.
