Stitched Solomon Bar
Unlike many of the other Solomon Bar designs, this is relatively new and was
originally tied by J. D. Lenzen. Lenzen pioneered the method of knot tying called
fusion knotting, a method of merging elements to create innovative knots.
1 tart by cutting strands of paracord, one short strand (about 2 feet long) that will form the blue core
of the bar, and one long strand (about feet long) for the gray outer knotted section.
ind the middles of the two cords.
2 rap the gray cord around the blue core strands.
