7 ull the left and right gray strands to tighten the knot.
8 Bring the left gray strand underneath the left blue strand and over the right blue strand and then
under the right gray strand.
9 Bring the right gray strand underneath both blue strands and over the left gray strand.
10 ull the left and right gray strands to tighten the knot.
11 Bring the right gray strand underneath the right blue strand and over the left blue strand and then
under the left gray strand.
