Adverb of reason/result
Is an adverb used to answer the question why. The
sentence will explain a reason for the event. It will usually
start with because, as, or since. Not only reasons, these
adverbs can also explain the results of the causes
described earlier
Because he had free time during last holiday, he
rearranged her house.
I don’t have a bank account, because I don’t know my
mother’s maiden name
Adverbs of conditions
This adverb is a statement to explain a term or condition
of an event.
She’ll come to my party only if you accompany her.
As long as you don’t break the law, you will be fine.
