TO GET YOUR TICKETS at Universal

• Use a kiosk Ticketing Machine at the entrance to the park

This might be labeled Will Call Kiosks or Electronic Ticketing

• You will need your CONFIRMATION NUMBER

• You will need the credit card used to purchase the tickets – nothing will
be charged it’s just a security thing

OR

• Go to the Will Call Ticket Window at entrance to the park and provide

your CONFIRMATION NUMBER

STORE THE TICKET!

• You can scan the tickets into your Universal app if you’d like too

• DEFINITELY put the ticket in your lanyard
