DAY 1 – UNIVERSAL STUDIOS ORLANDO

ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE

CHEAT SHEET

Park Universal CityWalk Parking Garage for all parks AND CityWalk
Arrive by 8am to get in the park early and knock some attractions early!
It takes a while to get from garage, through security, and walk to the park

Follow the itinerary as you choose trying not to criss-cross the park too often

Be sure to watch the Magic of Christmas at Hogwart’s Castle between 6-7pm – it’s about a 10
minute show
Favorite eateries include Three Broomsticks and Green Ham and Eggs Café
As with all theme parks – plenty of places to eat and grab snacks

UNIVERSAL STUDIOS – DAY 1 [Day 2 of Universal Studios]

Arrive by 8am to get in the park early and knock some attractions early!
It takes a while to get from garage, through security, and walk to the park

Choose whether or not you want a family locker for the day
You may just want to use the ride lockers

If you ended your Islands of Adventure day in Hogsmeade, start your next day in Diagon Alley with
more Harry Potter fun
This is just a suggestion to keep the Harry Potter experience going

Follow the itinerary as you choose trying to spend more time enjoying attractions and less time
walking

I suggest enjoying the Harry Potter experience first

Next – go over to Springfield by way of World Expo and the Mystic Fountain

Finally, end the day in Dreamworks Land (the only maps I could find still have it as Woody
Woodpecker’s Kidzone) – lots to do there!

Leaky Cauldron and Mel’s Drive-in Diner are two favorite eateries in Universal Studios park
If you still have a lot of time left – go ahead and continue exploring Universal Studios or take a
break and come back for Part II
