Resort Maximum 5 per house, 3 per townhome
Vehicles Per Property
Each House/Townhome have their own
parking space numbered.
Any other un-numbered space can be
used by guest.
Resort Trash Pick Up Monday-Friday
Days
Please bag all trash to avoid any extra
charges.
Trash is picked up every day starting at
10 am.
We ask everyone to have bagged trash
enclosed in the trash bench.
Additional trash may be dropped off at
the compactor nearest to the HOA
Clubhouse.
Bulk items or furniture must be removed
off property - it cannot be left anywhere
within the property as that is considered
a violation.
*Grocery bags, shopping bags,
boxes, etc. are not acceptable.
On site store sells Pool Towels starting
at $14.99
