Dear Travel Agent,
Thank you again for reserving your guest's vacation home with Global Vacation Rentals. We
have received full payment for the reservation. Below is a confirmation with all of the details
of your guest's stay with us.
If your guest would like to avoid coming to our Welcome Center, two weeks prior to their
arrival, we will send you an online digital StreamSign registration form to complete their
check-in in advance. Once you complete and return this form, we will then send you their
guest voucher with their arrival details so that they can go directly to their vacation rental
home!

AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN-
If you arrive after our office has closed, please use the lock-box located outside of our front
door. We have left an envelope with your name on the front inside of the box. The envelope
contains directions to your resort, any gate code or pass required and the key code for entry to
your vacation home. To access the lockbox, press 2323*. We require you to return to the
office the next morning to complete the registration process.

Packages may be picked up during our Office Hours- Every Day 9AM-6:30PM
All small packages (under 5 pounds) - $15 for the first 48 hours and $10 per day thereafter.
All larger packages - $20 for the first 48 hours and $15 per day thereafter.
No exception will be granted to this policy. When retrieving the package, ID will be verified.
