Cleats/sports equipment are not to be cleaned in the home or with towels from the home. All
                 linens and towels are property of the homeowner and must be left in the property. Global
                 Vacation Rentals has a right to charge my card for any missing, damaged, or misused items.


                 LOST & FOUND ITEMS:
                 Valuable items left behind by the Guest and found by us will be held for the Guest and every
                 reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest for return. If items are not claimed for longer
                 than 30 days, they shall become the property of Global Vacation Rentals. Global Vacation
                 Rentals will not be held liable for the condition of said items.


                 PACKAGES & HOLDING FEES

                 Packages may be picked up during our Office Hours- Every Day 9AM-6:30PM
                 All small packages (under 5 pounds) - $15 for the first 48 hours and $10 per day thereafter.
                 All larger packages - $20 for the first 48 hours and $15 per day thereafter.
                 No exception will be granted to this policy. When retrieving the package, ID will be verified.

                 MISSING, DAMAGED OR MISUSED ITEMS
                 Global Vacation Rentals has a right to charge my card on file used to reserve the home (with
                 the last four digits ending in):

                 for any missing, damaged, or misused items. Any and all damages that are observed upon
                 arrival to the property must be reported to the front desk within 24 hours of arrival. Global
                 Vacation Rentals reserves the right to determine what action or damage is accidental or
                 negligent. It may be necessary for staff or agents of Global Vacation Rentals to enter the
                 premises in order to perform routine maintenance or repairs.


                 EXTENDED STAYS
                 If you find that you want to extend your stay, please contact us to check the home's availability.
                 We can only charge the card on file used to reserve the home (with the last four digits ending
                 in):

                 to pay for the additional nights. If that card is no longer available to be charged or you wish to
                 use another card, then you will need to come to our office during normal business hours to add
                 the card to your guest file and process the charge through our EMV chip reader. We apologize
                 for any inconvenience, but extra measures have become necessary to prevent fraudulent card
                 activity.
