OCCUPANCY
                 The vacation home that you have reserved has a maximum occupancy of 10

                 people (excluding children under the age of 3 years old). The property is provided for general
                 vacation use only. Vacation rentals may not to be used for events or group gatherings that
                 exceed occupancy. Only Guests whose names are on the Rental Agreement are authorized to
                 stay in the home. Any Guest having events or group gatherings in the home or exceeding the
                 numbers of authorized Guests will be immediately evicted without refund. The individual making
                 the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire
                 term of the reservation.


                 INSURANCE AND INDEMNIFICATION
                 Travel, vacation, and short-term renters insurance are recommended by Global Vacation
                 Rentals. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Responsible Guest shall indemnify and
                 defend Global Vacation Rentals and the legal owner(s) of the occupied property against, and
                 hold harmless from, any and all liability, penalties, damages, expenses, costs, injury, or breach
                 of contract of whatsoever kind or nature resulting from the actions or failure to act by such
                 Responsible Guest or any Other Guest, including reasonable attorney’s fees necessary to
                 defend any action brought by any party or entity.


                 Global Vacation Rentals will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage or alteration in the
                 terms of your reservation caused by events beyond our control, including, but not limited to war,
                 terrorist activity, civil commotion, flight delays or cancellations due to airport closures, adverse
                 weather conditions, fire, floor or industrial dispute. Credit will not be given for shortened stays
                 due to late arrival or early departure for any reason including weather conditions. We do not
                 offer refunds or reschedule trips due to hurricane activity.


                 QUIET TIME
                 Please respect your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Violation of quiet hours,
                 exhibiting excessive noise, unreasonably loud music or participating in lewd, lascivious or
                 tumultuous behavior (as verified by the resort staff) will cause a $100 charge to you per incident.


                 NOISE ORDINANCE
                 Osceola County noise ordinance is from 10:00 PM to 7:00AM. During this time, noise such as
                 loud music, loud talking or yelling from a party is not allowed. Once security personnel is notified
                 of a noise complaint, a verbal warning should be issued to the offender(s). If the offender(s)
                 disregard the first warning, a second warning should be made by security personnel and the
                 Sheriff’s Department (Non-Emergency) will be contacted by Security if they are able to hear/
                 confirm the noise. If issue persists beyond this point, Security will attempt to contact the
                 Management Company and/or Homeowner of the offending unit. Guests are encouraged to
