Each Townhome has their own parking space that is numbered any other unnumbered space
can be used by guests
Each Single-family home has a driveway for private parking
All guests first and last names must be listed on the registration form or they will not be allowed
resort clubhouse access
All guests over the age of 18 must provide identification (license, passport, school id, etc).

GRILL RENTALS
Gas grills are available for rent in all of Global Vacation Rentals rental units (with the exception
of condominiums). Weekly grill rentals are available for a 2-burner grill or an XL 4-burner grill.
Please call 407-387-3030 to reserve your grill rental. *Guests are responsible for refilling the
propane tank if the delivered tank runs out of propane.

*Charcoal grills are prohibited in all rental communities; therefore, if a charcoal grill is found at
the rental unit and Global Vacation Rentals must dispose of it, Global Vacation Rentals reserves
the right to charge the card on file a $21.00 plus tax removal fee.

CHECK OUT TIME
Checkout time is 10 a.m. as we need appropriate time to prepare for the next guest's arrival.
Any late checkout requests must be made 24-48 hours in advance (this is a request not a
guarantee).
Day of departure requests unfortunately cannot be granted as cleaning schedules have already
been assigned.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES:
I agree to complete the following tasks prior to checkout and understand that failure to perform
these tasks will result in an additional charge ranging between $150.00 - $350.00:

• Rinse and place dirty dishes in the dishwasher
• Close and lock all doors and windows
• Remove all debris and dishes from the pool and patio area
• Place any furniture that has been moved back to the original location
• Collect all loose trash in trash bags and place them in the kitchen or the trash bin
outside the front door.

RESORT ACCESS
*Valid driver's license is required to enter the community as a driver.
We must also register each person staying in the unit with the Clubhouse.
For each guest all adults and children: First Name & Last Name (no nicknames, must match ID)
* ALL guests over the age of 18, must provide identification (license, passport, school id, etc).
for access to the resort clubhouse amenities.
* All guests have to be on the registration form, or they will not be allowed resort access
