         Enkolit Metal Cold Glue

         • For adhesion of metal profiles and sheet metal made from titanzinc,
copper, aluminium, stainless steel, lead etc. onto a range of building
           materials
           - Universally applicable
         • Durable adhesive compound
           - No running of adhesive on vertical surfaces
           - Ideal for adhesion of window sills, vergeboards and rainwater pipes
            as well as metal casings
         • All-over adhesion
           - No cavity
           - Prevents nesting of insects and drumming noises caused by rain
           - Prevents corrosion damage due to moisture on the underside of the
            sheet
         • Complies with DIN 1055 „design load for buildings (wind load)“
         • Corresponds to the report regarding adhesive strength after 30 years
           by Richard Gruen Institute
         Processing instructions:
         • For adhesion from sheet metal on sheet metal an additional,
mechanical fixing has to be applied
         • The consumption herefore may not exceed 1.5 kg/m²
         Laying on horizontal surfaces:
         • A 10 cm wide sheet has to be adhered on wall, attic or balustrade
cladding which consist of several components
         • An expansion compensation has to be created for continuous metal
           profiles
Laying on sloping or vertical surfaces:
         • In order to prevent sliding of the freshly fitted metal sheets, it is
necessary to apply mechanical fix points
         • Enkolit metal cold glue has to be applied on both sides for vertical
           application
         • Pressure has to be applied when fixing the components together
         • Porous and priming surfaces have to be primed
         Important:
         • When applying Enkolit on both components parts which need to be
fitted together, then it is important that the grooves run in the same
           direction
         • If the adhesion surfaces are more than 30 cm wide, then Enkolit has
to be applied on both sides
         • This does not mean to apply double quantities, but to apply the
designated quantity of Enkolit equally on both sides
Following surfaces are not suitable for Enkolit metal cold glue:
         • Roof sheeting, bituminous surfaces, plastic foils as they are used for
roofing, non-mineral insulating materials e.g. polystyrole, silicone,
           butyl, Thiokol, acrylic and polyurethane-adhesives
