Thread repair cutting bushings

• self-cutting thread bushings with cutting slot for the manufacture and
repair of screw connections
• highly resilient, wear-resistant and vibration-free in materials
• particularly suitable for steel (up to 630 N / min tensile strength), alu-
minium, aluminium and magnesium alloys, cast iron, bronze, bronze,
duroplast
• it is recommended to repair the removed work piece , debris can be
removed from underneath
• highest pull-out resistance
• smaller sizes are possible and therefore saves on material and
weight
• it is recommended to counter-bore in order to prevent warping and to Hand assembly with insertion tool and tap wrench:
make the cutting easier
• insensitive to small blow holes
• complies with the End Of Life Directive 2000/ 53 / EG and RoHS
