Double-Flange Press

• For standard precision-flange according to DIN 74234 on copper, Tensioning spindle
aluminium and steel tubes as well as seamless pulled and double-
wall rolled Burdy-tubes
• For tube-Ø 4.75/5/6/8/9/10 mm
Operation instructions:
1. Put in the tensioning pads according to the tube-Ø

2. Apply the tube to the distance stud (short offset diameter to the
front) and strongly fix it with the tensioning spindle.
3. For flange D use the cone-pressure piece. For flange F choose the
flange insert according to the tube diameter. To create flange E the
flange F has to be reworked with the cone-pressure piece.
