Valves Transporter CVV Easy
• for tubeless tyres, specially for vans and camper vans
• the patented design of the CVV combines the high compression
strength of a metal valve with the ease of installation of a snap-in rub-
ber valve
• an optimised sealing contour and highly flexible sealing lip ensure
optimum sealing of the rim
• the patented pressure disc holds the valve securely in the wheel,
even at high pressure
• Temperature-resistant from -40°C to +130°C
• Air pressure up to 7 bar at + 20°C
• max. speed up to 210 km/h
• Rim thickness: 1.8 to 4 mm

Assembly:
1. Thoroughly clean the flange and the area around the valve hole.
Check the rim for damage around the valve hole.
2. Coat the valve with fitting compound or a similar, suitable lubricant
before installation.
3. Insert the valve by hand, applying gentle pressure. The valve must
be positioned in an axial direction in relation to the rim hole – do not tilt.
In individual cases, if the rim shape is not ideal, it may be necessary to
gently turn the valve until it is in the correct position.
4. Ensure correct fit of valve in rim!
Disassembly:
1. To disassemble, take hold of the patented pressure disc using pliers
or a screwdriver and remove. 3571 5 3571 6 3571 7
