workpiece
• Oil-based
• For gas-shielded arc welding, autogenous and electric welding

Application:
• Clean workpieces of any eventual residues - spray thinly
• Do not spray into cavities -start welding operation only after
adequate ventilation
• Using in enclosed spaces (e.g. tanks) prohibited
• Do not place can in the area of emitted sparks
• In case of post-treatment of the workpieces, it is recommended to do
a previous test and cleaning

Welding Protection Paste „Perl-Stop“

• Silicone-free welding protection paste
• Prevents weld spatter and sparks eroding the burner nozzle during
gas-shielded welding
• A paste-like protective film is created when a warm gas nozzle or
flow nozzle is dipped into the paste which prevents erosion or
burning of the nozzle
• Guarantees a uniform wire feed rate and an eddy-free gas flow as
well as fast cooling of the entire burner head
• Extends the service life of the welding nozzles
• To prevent nozzle blockages store the welding torch hanging face
down after treatment and use
