2.3 On Board Housekeeping Services (OBHS) under EnHM
wing/SC:

Execution of On-Board Housekeeping Service activity in 19
trains, i.e. 13 from Secunderabad and 06 from Hyderabad

Coaching depots through outsourcing.

2.4 Clean Train Station (CTS) activity at Secunderabad Railway
Station:

Execution of Clean Train Station service at Secunderabad
Railway Station for passing through trains which are having 10

to 20 minutes halt.

3.0 SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS:

 EnHM of the SC division has awarded one Non-Fare
Revenue (NFR) contract on 06.05.2022 in favour of M/s.
Rekart Innovations Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram for the work of Solid

Waste Management at Secunderabad and Hyderabad
Railway stations for a period of 05 years at a licensing fee

of ₹.30,000/- per station per annum i.e. ₹ 3,00,000/- for 5
years. Apart from this an amount of ₹.24.44 lakhs

expenditure towards garbage disposal will be saved in 5
years.

 Effective monitoring of On-Board Housekeeping Service

and real time 24/7 monitoring of passenger complaints
through Rail Madad.

 Execution of station housekeeping service through
outsourcing for in 12 Nos. of NSG-1 to NSG-5 category

stations.

 All stations under EnHM wing are provided with twin dust-
bins for Biodegradable and Non-Biodegradable waste

provided at a distance of 20meters apart.

 All stations under EnHM wing are provided with material
recovery facility/waste segregation shed as per NGT

directives.
