Twisting Constrictor
The Twisting Constrictor has a good whipping mechanism, and is perfect
for securing bags or sacks. Sometimes, it is also used as a hose clamp, and
can glue certain items together—or at least, hold them close to each other.
You can also fray a rope’s end with the help of this knot.

1. First, twist the rope so you can form a Figure 8.
2. Fold down the loops until you reach the center so you could form
the said knot.
