of 10 Spring Gardens.
This prominent office
space owned by The
Crown Estate, is set for
a stunning
transformation, and
we're proud to be
partnering with our
valued client McLaren
Construction on this
prestigious project.

forward for Kane
Group, solidifying our

delivering innovative
M&E solutions within
the commercial
sector, in line with our

in design and
utilisation of digital
construction tools will

meticulous renovation
of 10 Spring Gardens,

80,000 sq ft of
sustainable
workspace, distributed
over ground floor,
basement and eight
upper storeys.
