Rome House

Kane were appointed by main
contractor Bennett Construction
to deliver the £6.7 million MEP
Package at Rome House. The
16-month contract included the
MEP installation to 13 Floors and
142 residential units within 3 cores.
There was a mixture of social shared
equity and private sale dwellings.

Kane utilised our in-house
prefabrication facility to provide
offsite solutions for the Energy Centre
and Utility PODs installed on the
project. Other works included the
mechanical smoke extraction system,
radiator installation, ventilation,
firefighting, fire alarms, underfloor
heating, sprinkler system, lightning
protection, CCTV and BMS.
