that the payment transaction process goes well.

2. Organizing Institution
Bank Indonesia's role in the next payment system is as an organizing institution. In practice,
Bank Indonesia regulates and supervises payment system infrastructure, such as ATM networks,
debit cards, and internet banking.

3. Licensing Provider
In addition, Bank Indonesia also has a role as a licensing provider for institutions that want to
carry out activities in the payment system. This is done so that institutions that carry out
activities in the payment system have clear legality and can be accounted for.

4. Minimizing Risks in the Transaction System
