Executive Summary

This executive summary is intended to outline our thinking behind the attached proposal and
how we plan to address your goals, priorities and interests as shared in your request.

Our Understanding
• This is the second time in history that you are executing two annual sales incentive
programs in a back-to-back format.
• Airport transfers should be arranged so that guests do not wait more than 20 minutes after luggage collection
• Entertainment should allow for guests to network.
• Décor should be impactful and reflective of the theme.
• Highlighting the food stations via décor and signage is important.
• The Children/Teen Dinner is important and should allow for additional décor and entertainment beyond the
standard childcare service.

Overview of our Recommendation
• For Arrivals and Departures, we have create two routes in order to meet the 20 minute or less window and to
ensure guest’s don’t sit on the vehicle while we drop at multiple hotels.
• Décor has been selected both for impact and theme but also keeping in mind the permitting process with Reedy
Creek that governs the Walt Disney World area. This ensures that everything we are proposing to you can
happen.
• We have contacted Reedy Creek as well to discuss permitting the arrival and departure process as this will
impact Disney’s internal buses as well as the traffic light patterns. They will adjust these things to assist us in
maximizing efficiency and creating a smooth transportation experience throughout.
• Décor incorporates a nod to Walt Disney World and works within the confines of what Disney will allow so that
you can successfully contract Disney characters to engage guests during each event.
